# The Link REIT Tin Shui Wai T Town Wetland-themed Outdoor Playground will open on Sunday

Link REIT (00823.HK) announced that its manager, Link Asset Management, will officially open Hong Kong's first wetland-themed outdoor playground "Town Play World" in the sky garden of the North Pavilion at its flagship shopping mall T Town in Tin Shui Wai this Sunday (21st).

The outdoor playground took over 20 months of preparation and construction, covering more than 32,000 square feet, consisting of seven major wetland ecological themed areas, and featuring 9 interactive play facilities, including a six-meter-high treehouse slide and a five-meter-high adventure tower.

Link REIT stated that T Town consists of two wings, with a total of three floors, housing over 160 merchants, covering retail, dining, fresh markets, and lifestyle services. It is expected that the newly completed "Town Play World" will further solidify the mall's positioning as a family leisure and entertainment center and create a synergistic effect with the nearby Hong Kong Wetland Park, helping to enhance the mall's attractiveness
