# Alight CFO Jeremy Heaton To Step Down; Appoints Greg Giometti As Interim CFO

Alight, Inc. (ALIT), a cloud-based human capital and technology\-enabled services provider, on Thursday announced that Jeremy Heaton will step down and has appointed Greg Giometti as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective January 9, 2026.

Senior Vice President, Head of Financial Planning and Analysis Greg Giometti will take over from Jeremy Heaton, who is leaving Alight to pursue an opportunity outside the benefits administration industry.

Giometti previously served in various financial roles with Walgreens Boots Alliance, Paper Source and BMO.

In the pre-market trading, Alight is 1.13% higher at $2.1491 on the New York Stock Exchange.
