# Salesforce Buys AI Marketing Firm Qualified

Salesforce is making another quiet but strategic AI move, scooping up agentic AI tools developer Qualified, that's also involved in helping B2B teams turn website traffic into sales conversations.

Salesforce it inked a definitive agreement to buy Qualified, though it did not disclose the price.

The deal is expected wrap up in Q1 of Salesforce's fiscal 2027.

The connection is a familiar one. Qualified was founded by former Salesforce employees, and its products were built from the ground up to work tightly with Salesforce's platform.

Qualified CEO and co founder Kraig Swensrud said the company was created to rethink how businesses generate pipeline, and that joining Salesforce allows that idea to scale to large enterprise customers. For Salesforce, the move fits its broader playbook.

Instead of chasing flashy AI headlines, it is focused on tools that sit close to revenue and are easy for customers to adopt.
