Nuclear power concept stocks generally rose, with Constellation Energy (CEG) up 5.89%, Talen Energy up 5.61%, Centrus Energy up 3.89%, Vistra up 3.88%, Nexgen Energy up 3.66%, and Denison Mines up 3.63%.

Trump Media & Tech closed up 41.93%, marking its best single-day performance since January 22, 2024 (up 88.36%).

Trump Media & Tech will merge with TAE Technologies in an all-stock transaction. Trump Media & Tech stated that the combined company is expected to select a site and begin construction of its first utility-scale nuclear fusion power plant in 2026
