# Bulk Industrial Real Estate Announces Sale of Property Portfolio to KLP Eiendom

Bulk Industrial Real Estate, a subsidiary of Bulk Infrastructure Group, hasentered into an agreement with KLP Eiendom for the sale of a substantialproperty portfolio. The transaction value amounts to NOK 3.95 billion, whichmakes it the largest single transaction completed in the Norwegian logisticsmarket. The transaction releases capital that will be used to support furtherdevelopment of the Group's land bank and other growth initiatives.

Reference is made to stock exchange release on 2 September 2025 announcingthatBulk Industrial Real Estate was considering the sale of a significantportfolioof its fully developed income-producing industrial real estate assets underitsmanagement. A structured process was initiated to assess potentialtransactions.Interest has been significant, both from domestic and international investors.

The property portfolio being sold comprises 14 developed, income-generatingindustrial properties in the Oslo area. The majority of the portfolio consistsof assets designed and constructed in accordance with Bulk's market-leadingprinciples of flexibility, efficiency and sustainability, but it also includesassets that have been acquired and optimised through the company's activeassetmanagement. The formal transfer date has been set for 2 February 2026, subjectto approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
