RONGTA TECH (09881.HK) announced that on December 19, it entered into a letter of intent with an independent third party, under which the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Shenzhen Jinruisheng to enhance the group's embedded and module product lines. The target company engages in the research and development and production of printing equipment through its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Yanke, with a consideration not exceeding RMB 65 million
