# Change of Vice Chairman and CEO of CSPC PHARMA

> CSPC PHARMA announced that Zhang Cuilong will no longer serve as Vice Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Authorized Representative due to a job transfer, but will continue to serve as an Executive Director of the company; Cai Lei has been appointed as Vice Chairman, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Authorized Representative; and Wei Qingjie has been appointed as Vice Chairman, Executive Director, and Chief Operating Officer. The above appointments took effect last Friday (19th)
