The Purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by the Company on 25 September 2025, as announced on 26 September 2025. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Ordinary Shares Date of purchase: 19 December 2025 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 46,610 Highest price paid per share (pence): 6,076.00 Lowest price paid per share (pence): 5,988.00 Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence): 6,045.32 Following the above transaction, the Company will hold 29,709,574 of its ordinary shares in treasury and have 672,379,765 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 672,379,765 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
