# KIN PANG HLDGS subsidiary receives letter of intent for construction contract in Macau

According to the announcement from KIN PANG HLDGS (01722), KIN PANG Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) has received a letter of intent dated December 8, 2025, from a resort and casino operator. The owner expressed the intention to grant KIN PANG Construction and a construction company in Macau (joint venture partner, an independent third party unrelated to the company and its connected persons) a joint venture for construction contracts related to the construction of an activity center in Macau, as well as construction contracts related to the construction of a theater, to commence the contracts for the activity center and theater.

On October 8, 2025, KIN PANG Construction entered into a joint venture agreement with the joint venture partner, under which KIN PANG Construction and the joint venture partner will establish two joint ventures, with the joint venture partner and KIN PANG Construction holding 60% and 40% interests in each joint venture, respectively. According to correspondence between KIN PANG Construction, the joint venture partner, and the owner, it is expected that the contracts for the activity center and theater will commence in the first quarter of 2026.

Upon completion of all contracts for the activity center (which includes several tentative contract amounts that may not necessarily be realized), the total contract amount for the activity center is expected to be approximately HKD 1.784 billion. The activity center contract is expected to be completed around the third quarter of 2027.
