> MING YUAN CLOUD announced that on December 22, three executive directors and controlling shareholders increased their holdings in the company through the open market, including: Gao Yu purchased a total of 1 million shares through his controlled entity GHTongRui at an average price of HKD 3.1 per share; Chen Xiaohui purchased a total of 1 million shares through his controlled entity HengXinYuan at an average price of HKD 3.09 per share; and Jiang Haiyang purchased a total of 500,000 shares through his controlled entity LINGFAN at an average price of HKD 3.08 per share
