According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Hainan Zhaojin Gold and Silver Jewelry Co., Ltd. was established, with Sun Xiaohui as the legal representative and a registered capital of 500 million yuan. The business scope includes: import and export of gold and its products; import and export of silver; retail of jewelry; wholesale of jewelry; manufacturing of jewelry; sales of gold and silver products, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Shandong Zhaojin Group Co., Ltd. through its subsidiary Shandong Zhaojin Gold and Silver Refining Co., Ltd
