# According to reports, the Zheng family of SNW plans to sell the Rosewood Hotel in London

According to a report by Bloomberg, the Cheng family of New World has hired consultants to sell the Rosewood Hotel located in Holborn, London. A spokesperson for Rosewood Hotel Group stated that its brand is not for sale and all properties are operating as usual. The non-listed investment platform of the Cheng family, Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, has not responded to requests for comment.

Earlier reports indicated that the Cheng family was seeking buyers for the properties under its Rosewood Hotel Group. The Rosewood Hotel is managed by Cheng Chuan's daughter, Cheng Zhiwen, and is owned by Chow Tai Fook Enterprises. The official website shows that the group has 58 properties worldwide
