# In "Hong Kong Properties," the super luxury residence at 21 BORRETT ROAD is up for tender with four-bedroom units. Yau Tong Blue Coast has added 5 units of sea view large apartments

> CK ASSET's super luxury property at 21 BORRETT ROAD in Mid-Levels will start bidding for four-bedroom units next Monday, with an area of 2,316 square feet, and the bidding period will last until January 9 next year. At the same time, MINMETALS LAND's Oil Tong Blue Coast will launch 5 sea view large units, with areas ranging from 832 to 845 square feet, and the bidding period is from the 26th to the 31st of this month. This month, 14 units have been sold, bringing the total sales to 506 units, with a total sales amount exceeding HKD 4.7 billion

CK ASSET (01113.HK) recently uploaded new sales arrangements for its super luxury property at 21 BORRETT ROAD in Mid-Levels, with bidding for unit 5, room 7, starting next Monday (29th). The unit has an area of 2,316 square feet and consists of four rooms, with the bidding period ending on January 9th next year.

Additionally, MINMETALS LAND (00230.HK) is also launching 5 sea view units at Yau Tong Blue Coast, which consist of three bedrooms, one suite, and a storage room, with areas ranging from 832 to 845 square feet. Bidding will take place daily from Friday (26th) to next Wednesday (31st). So far this month, 14 units have been sold, generating over 150 million; since the launch, a total of 506 units have been sold, with total sales exceeding 4.7 billion
