# XINYI ENERGY acquires wind farm in Anhui Province for a consideration of 62 million RMB

XINYI ENERGY (03868.HK) announced related transactions, acquiring a total of 100% equity in Jinzhai Xinyi Wind Power from XINYI GLASS (00868.HK) and XY ELEC STORAGE (08328.HK), the latter owning a wind farm with a generating capacity of 64 megawatts located in Jinzhai City, Anhui Province, for a total cash consideration of RMB 62 million.

Upon completion, XINYI GLASS and XY ELEC STORAGE are expected to record revenues of RMB 33.6 million and RMB 8.8 million, respectively
