# SWIREPROPERTIES and Lujiazui Group launched a new landmark in Shanghai - Qiantan Plaza One and Two

> SWIREPROPERTIES and Lujiazui Group launched a new landmark "Qiantan Plaza" in Shanghai, which includes two super Grade A office buildings, as part of the Qiantan SWIRE development project

In December 2025, SWIREPROPERTIES announced the launch of "Qiantan Place." The project is jointly developed by SWIREPROPERTIES and Lujiazui Group, and includes "One Qiantan Place" and "Two Qiantan Place," two super Grade A office buildings, which are part of the expanded Qiantan SWIRE complex development project
