Xiangming Intelligent announced that its controlling shareholder's concerted actor, Changzhou Xianghua Management Consulting Co., Ltd., holds 2.6808 million shares, accounting for 2.4640% of the company. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.088 million shares, representing 1% of the total shares of the company, through centralized bidding from 15 trading days after the announcement until April 20, 2026. The shares to be reduced are from those held before the initial public offering and obtained through capital reserve conversion, with the reduction price not lower than the issue price
