According to information disclosed by Tianyancha, Dalian Wanda Group Co., Ltd. holds a 70% stake in Shanghai Wanda Microfinance Co., Ltd., which is set to be auctioned by the court with an estimated value of approximately 730 million yuan and a starting price of about 510 million yuan. Shanghai Wanda Microfinance Co., Ltd. is a licensed microfinance company under Wanda Group. The auction is a result of Wanda Group's previous debt disputes. (The Paper)
