WEIHAI BANK (09677.HK) announced that on December 24th, it entered into an agreement with independent third party Caixin Asset to issue no more than 327 million domestic shares to Caixin Asset, with a cash consideration of no more than RMB 1.079 billion. The price per share is RMB 3.29, equivalent to HKD 3.61, representing a premium of 17.59% compared to the last trading day (19th). Upon completion, Caixin Asset will hold 4.77% of the bank's total share capital
