# ELIFE HLDGS has met the resumption guidelines and will resume trading on Monday

> ELIFE HLDGS announced that it has met the resumption guidelines, including the release of unpublished financial results, conducting an independent investigation, assessing the impact on the company's business, and demonstrating compliance with listing rules. The company's shares will be suspended from trading starting December 2, 2024, and it has applied to resume trading on Monday (29th)

ELIFE HLDGS (00223.HK) announced that the company has met the resumption guidance, which mainly includes publishing all outstanding financial results and addressing any audit modifications; conducting an independent investigation regarding certain operational subsidiaries for the mid-2024 period, assessing the impact on the company's business operations and financial condition, publishing the investigation results, and taking appropriate remedial actions; demonstrating compliance with Listing Rule 13.24, which requires sufficient business operations or substantial value in tangible or intangible assets; and informing the market of all significant information, etc.

The company's shares have been suspended since December 2, 2024, and have applied for resumption of trading on Monday (29th)
