# EV DYNAMICS received a statutory claim letter involving a debt of 38.97 million RMB

EV DYNAMICS (00476.HK) announced that on December 24th, its wholly-owned subsidiary CSICPCL received a statutory demand letter, requiring the company and CSICPCL to settle a total of RMB 38.9672 million within three weeks from the date of delivery of the demand letter, which includes the price of the 2023 sale agreement, penalties, and compensation. Otherwise, creditors may file for liquidation against the company and CSICPCL separately
