# CIFI's offshore debt restructuring officially takes effect, with no domestic or foreign debt repayment pressure in the next two years

On December 29th, CIFI HOLD GP stated that all conditions for the company's offshore debt restructuring have been met, and the restructuring plan has officially come into effect. Combined with the domestic bond restructuring plan approved on September 15th, CIFI has officially completed the overall restructuring of its domestic and offshore debts, becoming one of the first private real estate companies in the industry to achieve this key milestone
