# Amazon Named Evercore ISI's Top Large-Cap Internet Pick for 2026

Amazon shares edged down 0.5% on Monday, even as the company remains a top large-cap Internet pick for 2026, according to Evercore ISI.

Analyst Mark Mahaney highlighted Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a key driver, noting the unit posted 20% year-over-year revenue growth in the third quarter. That pace marked the fastest in 11 quarters and outpaced Microsoft Azure for the first time since Q3 2022, supporting optimism around the AI narrative for AWS, according to Mahaney.

Additional potential growth catalysts include Amazon's grocery segment, Trainium chips, Amazon Leo, Amazon Pharmacy, and the Alexa+ platform. Zoox's autonomous taxi service and Amazon for Business also feature as strategic priorities for the company.

AMZN remains a high-quality compounder, with projected 25% EPS CAGR, solid double-digit revenue growth, expanding operating margins, and likely material free cash flow improvement over the next 24 months, Mahaney said.

On Wall Street, Amazon's stock carries a broadly positive sentiment, with an "Outperform" rating.
