According to domestic media reports, the RMB 3.25 million equity held by Beijing SanKuai Online Technology Co., Ltd. in Beijing SanKuai Information Technology has recently been frozen by the Haidian District People's Court for a period of three years.

Public information shows that Beijing SanKuai Online Technology was established in May 2011, with a registered capital of approximately USD 5.05 billion. The legal representative is Mu Rongjun, and its business covers wholesale and retail of computer software and hardware as well as information system integration, with 100% ownership by Meituan Hong Kong Limited
