# XPeng fell over 4%, rumored that Vice President Chen Yonghai has left the company

> XPeng's Vice President Chen Yonghai has left the company in December 2025, with the position taken over by President Wang Fengying. Today's stock price opened down 1.3%, at one point falling 4.3%, currently reported at 76.95 yuan, a decline of 4.2%. Chen Yonghai joined UC in 2010 and has worked at 360 and AutoNavi, joining XPeng in 2022. Wang Fengying has worked at Great Wall Motors for many years and has served as President of XPeng since January 2023, responsible for product planning and sales

It is reported that Chen Yonghai, Vice President of Product Operations at XPeng (09868.HK), has left the company in December 2025, and his position is temporarily taken over by President Wang Fengying. XPeng opened down 1.3% today (5th) at HKD 79.3, and earlier dropped 4.3% to a low of HKD 76.9. It is currently reported at HKD 76.95, down 4.2%, with a trading volume of 6.8121 million shares, involving HKD 527 million.

According to information, Chen Yonghai joined UC, founded by He Xiaopeng, in 2010 as Product Director; he later worked at 360 and Amap, and joined XPeng Motors in January 2022.

Currently, both XPeng's official website and Chen Yonghai's Weibo certification still list him as Vice President of XPeng Motors. Wang Fengying has worked at Great Wall Motors (02333.HK) for many years, and she resigned as President of Great Wall Motors in July 2022. She joined XPeng in January 2023 as President, responsible for product planning and sales operations
