Technology stocks led the advance, extending last year’s rally in artificial intelligence-linked companies. Notable performers included Zhejiang Sanhua (3.2%), BlueFocus Intelligent (5.7%), Leo Group (9%), Zhongji Innolight (1.7%), and Giga Device Semiconductor (10%). Clean energy and defense stocks also saw strong gains, including Goldwin Science Technology (9.2%) and China Satellite Communications (4.8%). A private survey showed that business activity in China remained expansionary for the seventh consecutive month in December, supported by stronger services activity and a renewed increase in factory output. Meanwhile, investors largely shrugged off geopolitical concerns following the US attack on Venezuela, which resulted in the capture of President Nicolas Maduro. ## Related News & Research - [FOXO Technologies Expands Authorized Class A Share Capacity](https://longbridge.com/en/news/281555248.md) - [March Dallas Fed Service Sector Index -13.3 vs. -4.6 Expected, Prior -3.2 Reading](https://longbridge.com/en/news/281206289.md) - [Private Equity Sales Slump as AI, War Bring New Stress Fractures](https://longbridge.com/en/news/281467301.md) - [Kirkstone Metals Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement Of $2,000,000](https://longbridge.com/en/news/281582008.md) - [Marco Rubio Highlights Need for Venezuela's Transitional Phase and Free Elections](https://longbridge.com/en/news/281335161.md)
