Hang Lung Properties (00012.HK) and New World Development (00017.HK) are collaborating on the redevelopment project of the West Mid-Levels Beautiful Terrace, Tianyu Phase 2. The latest sales arrangements have been uploaded, and bidding for the first tower, a 39-story full-floor residence with a usable area of 5,577 square feet, will start this Friday (9th). It features a four-bedroom, four-bathroom design, along with a greenhouse and family room, and includes two parking spaces
