In Lewisville, Texas, MCS, a property services company established in 1986, disclosed its acquisition by CEO Craig Torrance and President Andrew Nolan. The company will now concentrate on delivering property services for commercial, residential, and government clients. In November 2025, MCS finalized the divestiture of its Mortgage Contracting Services division. Moving forward, MCS will exclusively offer services through the MCS Commercial, MCS Residential, and other remaining service lines.
