# Private equity tycoon Xu Xiang, latest judgment released! 23 investors are expected to receive compensation of over 3 million

WFDSJ disclosed in the evening that the company received a "Civil Judgment" delivered by the Intermediate People's Court of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, regarding the lawsuit filed by new investors. The judgment results show that the defendants Xu Xiang and Xu Changjiang are required to compensate the plaintiffs, including Ao and 23 others, a total of 3.2936 million yuan within ten days from the date the judgment takes legal effect; the defendant WFDSJ shall bear joint and several liability for the above-mentioned compensation obligation of defendants Xu Xiang and Xu Changjiang. The total case acceptance fee is 41,200 yuan, which shall be jointly borne by Xu Xiang, Xu Changjiang, and WFDSJ; the announcement fee shall be based on actual expenses and shall be borne by Xu Xiang.
