# INNOVER TECH.: Controlling shareholder Shi Zhengmin plans to reduce holdings by no more than 1%

On January 6th, Jinshi Data reported that INNOVER TECH announced that its controlling shareholder, Shi Zhengmin, holds 64.9173 million shares, accounting for 43.28%, while the concerted actor, Shi Yimin, holds 25.9525 million shares, accounting for 17.30%. Due to personal funding needs, Shi Zhengmin plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.5 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure, and will not reduce more than 1% within any consecutive ninety calendar days, with the reduction price determined by the market
