# XILONG SCIENTIFIC: Shareholders holding more than 5% of shares have reduced their holdings, bringing their shareholding below 5%

XILONG SCIENTIFIC announced that shareholder Jing Ge, holding more than 5% of shares, reduced its holdings by 5,739,200 shares through centralized bidding on January 7, 2026, accounting for 0.980697% of the total share capital. After the reduction, its holdings decreased from 35 million shares to 29,260,800 shares, with the percentage dropping from 5.980693% to 4.999996%, no longer qualifying as a shareholder holding more than 5%. This reduction is consistent with the pre-disclosure plan, and the reduction plan has not yet been completed, nor will it lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller
