Qian Hu Group announced on Wednesday (January 7) after the market closed that, based on preliminary unaudited performance calculations, the expected loss is mainly due to a one-time compensation income in the fiscal year 2024 and changes in the fair value of certain financial assets. Qian Hu Fishery (Qian Hu) issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

The group announced on Wednesday (January 7) after the market closed that, based on preliminary unaudited performance calculations, the expected loss is mainly due to a one-time compensation income in the fiscal year 2024 and changes in the fair value of certain financial assets.

However, the board emphasized that the group's working capital situation remains good.
