### Lum Chang Creations

The company achieved an order value of 63.4 million SGD last November, pushing the total order amount to 160 million SGD, accounting for 45% of the annual forecast. We believe that the company may win more new orders in the second half of the fiscal year 2026, thus we maintain our semi-annual order total forecast of 140 million SGD.

We maintain a "Buy" rating but lower the target price from 0.81 SGD to 0.72 SGD. We believe that Lum Chang Creations will continue to benefit from Singapore's efforts in retaining construction. Downside risks to the stock price include increasing market competition leading to profit compression, and delays in projects due to a shortage of technical staff.
