# Douyin E-commerce releases support plan for 2026

36Kr learned that on January 8, Douyin E-commerce released an upgraded plan for the "Nine Major Merchant Support Policies" for 2026. The platform will continue to increase investment based on existing policies, systematically upgrading aspects such as cost, traffic, conversion, fulfillment, technology, and governance throughout the entire merchant operation process. It is understood that the new round of policy upgrades focuses on addressing several issues that merchants commonly care about in actual operations, including comprehensive cost pressure, traffic acquisition and conversion efficiency, transaction uncertainty, and operational efficiency.
