# Citigroup is bullish on the dollar ahead of the U.S. non-farm payroll data and tariff case ruling

Citigroup strategists stated that they tend to be bullish on the dollar ahead of the release of the December non-farm payroll report and the U.S. Supreme Court possibly ruling on the tariff case as early as Friday.

"Before these events occur tomorrow, we maintain a bullish stance on the dollar," wrote Citigroup's Daniel Tobon, Brian Levine, and Osamu Takashima in the report
