# HYDSOFT: Executive Vice President Zhang Yanpeng resigned due to reaching retirement age

On January 9th, HYDSOFT announced that the company's board of directors received a written application from the company's Executive Vice President Zhang Yanpeng, who applied to no longer serve as the Executive Vice President due to reaching the statutory retirement age. This application will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. After leaving office, Zhang Yanpeng will be rehired by the company and continue to hold other positions within the company
