# SDL: Plans to continue using no more than 1.29 billion yuan of idle funds for cash management

SDL announced that the company will hold a meeting on January 9, 2026, to review and approve the proposal to continue using temporarily idle self-owned funds for cash management. The company and its holding subsidiaries plan to roll over no more than 1.29 billion yuan of idle funds to invest in medium-risk and below products, such as structured deposits. The authorization period is one year from the date of the meeting's approval, and the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for implementation. The previous cash management matter of 1.273 billion yuan expired on the same day, with 1.068 billion yuan of products not yet matured by the expiration date. This investment carries risks, and the company will take measures to control them
