OURPALM announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary FunGame (HK) Limited holds a 19.63% stake in the NS Dollar Fund. The NS Dollar Fund invested in MiniMax Group Inc. (referred to as "MiniMax") through a holding platform, which was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 9. Based on MiniMax's closing price on January 9, 2026, and according to preliminary estimates from the company's finance department, the impact amount of the stake on the company's net profit for the fiscal year 2026 is expected to be approximately RMB 23.2606 million, accounting for about 20.98% of the audited net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the fiscal year 2024
