# GYLS responds to subsidiary statistical penalties: Systematic statistical standards rectification, does not affect the operation and financial reports of the listed company

Recently, some media reported that GYLS's subsidiary, Shaoxing Daughter Red Brewing Co., Ltd., was administratively punished by the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Statistics for providing false statistical data. On January 10th, reporters learned from GYLS that this adjustment of statistical caliber pertains to the regulatory rectification at the statistical accounting level of the subsidiary Daughter Red, which does not affect the financial report data disclosed by the listed company (the financial reports comply with the enterprise accounting standards) and will not have a substantial impact on the current normal production operations, product sales, and financial status of Daughter Red Company.
