# The "Hong Kong Building" New World Development's The Pavilia Farm Phase 2 and The Peak recorded 4 successful sales, cashing out over 180 million

New World Development (00016.HK) today (12th) sold 3 units of its Kai Tak Paradise Phase 2 through bidding, while its Shatin Royal Peak also recorded 1 successful bid transaction, with a total cashing out of over HKD 180 million.

Among the 3 transactions of Paradise Phase 2, the highest selling price and price per square foot was for Unit A on the 40th floor of Block 1, which features four bedrooms, two suites, a study, and a makeup room with a private entrance lobby. The usable area is 2,230 square feet, with a transaction amount of HKD 95.25 million and a price per square foot of HKD 42,713.

For Royal Peak, the unit sold was Unit D on the 8th floor of King Tower 2, which has three bedrooms and one suite with a study. The usable area is 990 square feet, including 1 parking space, with a transaction amount of HKD 17.39 million and a transaction price per square foot of HKD 17,566
