# NET-A-GO TECH: Liu Yan appointed as independent non-executive director

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, NET-A-GO TECH (01483) has appointed Ms. Liu Yan as an independent non-executive director, effective from January 12, 2026.

The board further announced that regarding this appointment, Ms. Liu has also been appointed as the chairman of the company's audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee, effective from January 12, 2026
