According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 13th, NET-A-GO TECH (01483) announced that Liu Yan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the remuneration committee, effective from yesterday.

The group stated that after appointing Liu Yan, it has re-complied with four provisions of the listing rules.
