# Yizumi Holdings: The actual controller and concerted parties plan to complete the reduction of 1.78 million shares

Yizumi Holdings announced that the company's vice chairman and one of the actual controllers, Liang Jinghua, along with the director, deputy general manager, and one of the actual controllers, Chen Liyao's concerted action person, Peng Huiping, had previously planned to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 7.27 million shares. Recently, the reduction plan period expired, and Liang Jinghua reduced his holdings by 1.78 million shares through centralized bidding transactions from October 29 to December 17, 2025, with an average reduction price of 24.74 yuan/share. As of January 13, 2026, after the reduction, the shareholding of the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted action persons decreased to 33.3178%, which will not affect the company's control
