# Sino Group invests over 10 million to welcome the Year of the Horse at five major shopping malls, expecting a 10% increase in foot traffic and business

Sino Group's shopping malls, in collaboration with the Xu Beihong Art Committee and the Beihong Jingwen Art Research Center, will lead everyone into an immersive art journey of "A Dialogue with Xu Beihong in Time and Space" during the Lunar New Year at Ocean Terminal, Tuen Mun Town Plaza, Tsim Sha Tsui Centre, and Empire Centre.

Cai Bilin, Director of Asset Management at Sino Group, revealed that the group has invested over 10 million in total for this event, actively supporting the government's efforts to promote Hong Kong's tourism industry. It is expected that foot traffic may increase by 10% year-on-year, with the number of visitors likely to rise by over 20% year-on-year. The overall business volume of the group's shopping malls is anticipated to achieve a 10% year-on-year growth. Sino Group hopes that through this innovative art event, it can further solidify its malls' status as consumer hotspots and contribute to the synchronized development of Hong Kong's retail and tourism economy.

Cai Bilin stated that the event has been in preparation for nearly a year, and it is hoped that it will not only allow the public to appreciate the masterpieces of the national treasure-level ink wash master Xu Beihong from a new perspective but also continue the artistic heritage, solidifying Hong Kong's position as a "Center for Cultural and Artistic Exchange between China and the West," and implementing the concept of "tourism everywhere" in Hong Kong
