# CDL debuts Newport Residences with $1.3m entry price

**The development on Anson Road officially enters the market this Friday.**

City Developments Limited (CDL) is set to launch the 246-unit Newport Residences on 16 January, located at the former Fuji Xerox Towers site on Anson Road.

In a statement, CDL said the Newport Residences is part of the 45-storey Newport Plaza, which also houses Newport Tower with Grade A offices and F&B, and branded serviced apartments.

Newport Residences’ apartments are priced at $1.298m for a 431 square feet (sq.ft.) one-bedroom unit, $1.968m for a 646 sq.ft. two-bedroom unit, $3.238m for a 980 sq.ft three-bedroom and $8.28m for a 2,067 sq.ft. four-bedroom premium unit.

Near the apex of the tower at level 45 is a 12,960 sq.ft. penthouse located on a single storey, which offers 360-degree panoramic views.

Newport Residences’s recreational facilities include the Newport Sky, featuring the Sky Club, Sky Lounge, Sky Pavilion, Sky Gourmet with BBQ Grill, Sky Pool, Sky Spa Pool, Kids’ Pool and Indoor Jet Pool. At Club Vista, social spaces include a Co-Work Lounge, Vista Lounge, Club Lounge and Botanical Lounge, as well as a gym and a gourmet kitchen.

The property is located at District 2, near three MRT stations – Tanjong Pagar MRT (East-West Line) and the upcoming Prince Edward Road MRT (Circle Line) and Cantonment MRT (Circle Line). It will also have direct access to the future Prince Edward Road MRT station via a link bridge.

There is also access to the Marina Bay Financial District and a variety of dining and entertainment options.

CDL said the Newport Residences is Singapore’s first private residence as well as part of the first mixed-use development that also comprises serviced apartments, offices and restaurants to receive the Building and Construction Authority Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy (SLE) certification for its energy and water-efficient design and green features in 2021.
