# ZHEJIANG XINCHAI: Shareholder Zhu Guanlan plans to reduce holdings by no more than 1%

On January 15th, Jin10 Data reported that ZHEJIANG XINCHAI announced that shareholder, director, and general manager Zhu Guanlan, who holds more than 5% of the shares, currently holds 39.9888 million shares, accounting for 16.5837% of the company's total share capital. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2.4113 million shares, not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital and not exceeding 25% of his holdings, within three months from the date of the pre-disclosure announcement of this reduction plan, specifically from February 6, 2026, to May 5, 2026, through centralized bidding. The shares to be reduced are all shares issued prior to the initial public offering. The company's total share capital is 241 million shares
