Sunshine Dairy announced that from January 9 to 15, 2026, its controlling shareholder Sunshine Group's concerted actor Nanchang Zhihe reduced its holdings in the company by 2.869 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1.02% of the total share capital. After this equity change, the combined shareholding ratio of Sunshine Group and its concerted actors decreased from 72.77% to 71.72%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This reduction in holdings is consistent with the previously disclosed plan and has not been fully implemented. It will not adversely affect the company's governance, equity structure, or ongoing operations, nor will it lead to a change in control
