# From energy to breeding, the number of artificial intelligence companies in China has exceeded 6,200

> As of now, the number of artificial intelligence companies in China has exceeded 6,200, and large AI models are widely applied across various industries, expanding a rich array of application scenarios. For example, in the Wujiang River Basin, Huadian's intelligent large model optimizes the integrated operation of water, wind, and solar power through a smart scheduling system, increasing the utilization rate of cascade hydropower to 10.8%; on the production line of new energy vehicle charging piles in Qingdao, Shandong, real-time monitoring and intelligent management of the charging process are implemented

Data shows that as of now, the number of artificial intelligence companies in China has exceeded 6,200. AI large models are not only integrated into various industries but are also continuously expanding into richer application scenarios. In the Wujiang River Basin, the "Huadian Zhi" large model is optimizing the integrated operation of water and wind power through a smart scheduling system, increasing the utilization rate of cascade hydropower from an average of 5.8% over the past decade to 10.8%. In the production line of new energy vehicle charging piles in Qingdao, Shandong, real-time monitoring and intelligent management of each new energy vehicle charging process have been achieved by embedding large models.
