# EMINENCE ENT completes major acquisition and adjustment of convertible bonds

EMINENCE ENT (00616.HK) announced that a significant acquisition and related transactions were completed on Thursday (15th). The transaction involves the incorporation of ZhuoYi as a wholly-owned subsidiary and its consolidation into the group's financial statements, with a total purchase price of approximately HKD 286 million, to be paid through convertible bonds due in 2025, and involves the issuance of approximately 1.697 billion shares.

In addition, the conversion price of the 2023 convertible bonds has been adjusted from HKD 0.07 per share to HKD 0.05, resulting in an increase in the number of shares to be converted to 490 million shares
