Wanlistone announced that recently the controlling shareholder and actual controller Hu Jingpei has partially lifted the pledge on some of his shares, specifically lifting the pledge on 200,000 shares and 100,000 shares on January 14 and 15, 2026, respectively, accounting for 0.71% and 0.36% of his holdings, and 0.09% and 0.04% of the company's total share capital. The pledgee is Chen Wen. As of the announcement date, Hu Jingpei and his concerted party Ha Fu Mining hold a total of 53,849,600 shares, accounting for 23.76% of the total share capital, with a total pledge of 30,400,000 shares, accounting for 56.45% of his holdings and 13.41% of the company's total share capital, with no risk of forced liquidation
