# Morgan Stanley lists thematic investment stock list for the Asia-Pacific region (including Japanese stocks) (table)

Morgan Stanley recently published a global thematic investment report stating that thematic research has always been a focus of its research department. During periods of high market volatility, it believes that a thematic perspective can help identify the most attractive investment opportunities. The four core themes for 2026 are: Tech Diffusion, Energy Future, Multipolar World, and Societal Shifts. Three of these themes are the same as last year, while "Societal Shifts" is an evolution and expansion of the previous "Longevity" theme.
